Previously, he was the CEO of Atento (Telefónica Group – worldwide leader in Contact Center Services in Spanish and Portugese speaking countries) and General Manager of Santiago de Chile Subway. He has also worked for A.R.A. and Schlumberger Ltd. Civil Engineer by the Chile University. Pedro holds an MBA from ESCP- EAP, París. He fluently speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese

With 20 years of experience in investment banking and company restructuring. He has held senior positions in Societe Generale in Madrid and Paris, Dresdner Bank in Madrid, JPMorgan in Madrid and Paris, and Grupo Santander in Milan. Eduardo has developed restructuring projects for leading companies in the textile, logistics and services sectors. He has worked also on international projects in Mozambique. Eduardo speaks Spanish, French, Italian and English. He has a degree in Economics and Business from EBP (Europan Business Program) and an MBA from IE.

Nina is senior financing expert that has led the financing of big ticket international projects in leading engineering and construction companies like Acciona and OHL. She has been in charge of the financing for concession projects with value up to €4bn, negotiating the DBFO contracts with banks (RBS, HSBC, BBVA, Santander, BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, Calyon), institutional investors and public authorities in Canada, Chile, Spain and other countries. Nina managed and closed the EUR250 million syndicated financing for Vigo Hospital, Spain, awarded the “Best Project Finance Deal of the Year 2013” by Euromoney and the USD1,6 billion bond/bank financing for CHUM Hospital in Montreal, Canada. Nina has an MBA from IE Business School, and speaks Spanish, English, German and Russian.

With over 20 years of experience in management consulting and investment banking, he has held several executive roles in Grupo Santander, where he was engaged in a large number of credit, project finance and capital markets transactions, before being appointed Chief Risk Officer for the Andean Division of Santander Investment. Pablo has also been part of AT Kearney’s Financial Institutions and Private Equity practices, and has led large strategy and finance consulting projects in 6 countries within the EU and 8 countries in Latin America. Mr. Botella speaks Spanish and English and holds a Ms. In Economics and Business Administration by the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).

Founding partner of EEI Network, with over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting and corporate finance in multinational firms such as Barents Group – KPMG and AT Kearney. He has successfully advised in business development, mergers and acquisitions and joint-venture creation in over 15 countries for IBEX 35 companies. He is an International Expansion Counselor chartered by the Instituto Español de Comercio Exterior (ICEX) to design and implement internationalization and off shoring strategies. Todor speaks Spanish, English, Bulgarian and Russian and has knowledge of Italian and polish. Mr. Velev is a graduated economist by the University of Sofia, specialized in Corporate Finance by the Nottingham Trent University and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
